Garcinia Cambogia is a small, pumpkin-shaped fruit. Numerous companies, and even Dr. Oz have made claims that the rind of this plant may help aid in weight loss. The natural extract, hydroxycitric acid (HCA), is the ingredient that blocks fat production and turns fat into glycogen, and is also said to increase lean muscle mass. Garcinia Cambogia is also supposed to act as an appetite suppressant.
The particular formula that I tried was Sonora Nutrition Garcinia Cambogia, 80% HCA. It is in capsule form. There are 180 capsules, and according to the directions, you're supposed to take three capsules, three times per day. That equals out to a 20-day supply.
Inside is a pale beige powder. After opening the capsule, there was a slight smell, but nothing overwhelming.
Garcinia Cambogia ReviewAfter the first week of using Garcinia Cambogia, I lost a single pound. However, I did not notice any changes in my appetite. After two weeks, my weight remained the same. Needless to say, I wasn't incredibly impressed with Garcinia Cambogia. Even while exercising daily, the results were not substantial.
On the other hand, there was one thing about Garcinia Cambogia that I could appreciate, and that was the energy boost. When taken in the morning, I felt that it was easier to get through my workouts. Because of this, I feel that it deserves at least some recognition.
Perhaps the product works better for different people. All I can say for sure is that the product didn't work for me based on the claims that were made.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
