Weight Loss Journey: Weigh-In Wednesday

Welcome to Week Two of my weight loss journey.

I am incredibly excited to report that everything has gone as planned. I've stuck to my diet and fitness plan religiously and it's starting to show.

I've lost a total of 9 pounds.

I've also lost 2.5 inches overall on my bust, waist, and hips.

I know that these before and after photographs do not show a huge difference, but I'll still be sharing them week by week, so that once it does start to show, I'll have images to look back on how far I've come.

Definitely not a noticeable difference at all, but I'm going to keep going.
I feel great. I have been drinking a ton of water, eating lots of vegetables and fruits, and also focusing on staying positive. My friends and family have been incredibly supportive which helps tremendously.

I've also been using my Bikini Ready Gummies so that I can get ready for a #BikiniReadyLifestyle!

I thought that changing my eating habits would be very difficult, but as a matter of fact, it's been one of the easier steps that I've taken. I can eat pretty much whatever I want, as long as I stay within my calorie, fat, carb, protein, and sodium range. I try to stick with fruits, vegetables, low-fat or non-fat dairy, and lean meats.

Dinner with a turkey burger with fat free, low-sodium refried beans and salsa.
Three mini sweet peppers stuffed with feta cheese.
Two green onions and one cup of raw spinach with fat free Italian dressing.
As far as beverages go, I have had the occasional soda and I still have my daily energy drink fix. I mainly drink water, however, and a lot of it. I have at least four to six 16 ounce bottles (Dasani) per day.

I've been trying to plan out my meals in advance, just to get an idea of what I need to prepare for the day. Each day, it's easier to stay motivated.

I look forward to the weeks ahead.
