The Bee Naturals Peeper Keeper is a very thick balm, that comes in a small container. You may look at the container and think that there isn't enough product, but it is very dense and a little goes a long way.
Update: I picked up the Bee Naturals Peeper Keeper last year and I still have it today. I use it for more than just my eyes; I use it on my lips, to tame my eyebrows, to moisturize my eyelashes (just add a little onto an old mascara brush), and even on rough skin patches on my arms and legs. This stuff is versatile and I love it!
To use, you apply a small amount to the skin around the eyes. This provides moisture, which gives you a healthy glow and reduces the likelihood of wrinkles.
After applying it to my eyes, I could tell that the skin approved. It felt soft and supple, and the product doesn't leave the skin feeling oily.
Obviously the Peeper Keeper balm is something that you want to apply at night before bed. Makeup doesn't go over it very well, and obviously applying it over makeup would be ineffective. The directions state to use it after washing your face to help keep it moisturized.
Being that eye makeup and facial soaps tend to dry out my skin (as if the winter air wasn't doing enough damage), I apply the eye balm at night after washing off my makeup, so that I can sleep with it on.
My overall opinion of the Bee Naturals Queen Bee Peeper Keeper Eye Balm is positive. I've experienced a decrease in redness, and have also noticed that the "crow's feet" I started noticing have recently begun to fade quite significantly. It seems that the thick balm actually does penetrate the skin, keeping it moisturized, as it should be.
