Get Happy, Calm, & Focused with HCF

Despite having to be up early on a regular basis, I still do not consider myself a morning person at all. No matter how many times I get up early, it doesn't matter. My body, nor my mind, just doesn't like having to be up early and this often puts me in a lousy mood. I've always attributed it to simply "being a part of me." However, I've recently learned that it's not.

Because of this new found information, I've been looking for ways to make my mornings less dreadful. I'm excited to announce that I have finally had some success.

Recently, I had the chance to try HCF—Happy, Calm, Focused. This revolutionary product is a brain supplement that supports "naturally feeding your brain's own neurotransmitters with what it is supposed to have—F&Q amino acids."

When I learned that my "non-morning person" persona was likely a result of my health and not just me being me, I became interested in finding ways to fix it. I didn't want to be a horrible witch in the mornings—I wanted to be happy. I wanted to be ready to take on the world.

What is HCF?

Basically, it's a natural supplement designed to give your brain what it should have to begin with. What it should have is what you should be getting from your diet, but let's face it. With today's fast-paced society, eating right has become something of an afterthought.

How do you use HCF?

To get the most out of HCF, the directions are as follows:

As a dietary supplement for adults, begin by taking three (3) capsules daily, 30 minutes before breakfast ONLY on an empty stomach with an 8 oz glass of water. To accomodate body weight, activity level, stress level, and/or inadequate diet, you may increase up to a maximum of six (6) capsules per day and/or take at different intervals during the day.

Is it safe?

What I loved most about this product is that in it, you will NOT find any of the following:

  • Preservatives
  • Chemicals
  • Coatings
  • Calories
  • Sweeteners
  • Enhancers
  • Yeast
  • Fragrance
  • Dairy
  • Gluten
  • Starch
  • Wheat

You're looking at an all-natural, hypoallergenic product that uses only high-quality nutraceutical-grade amino acides and neuro-nutrients, that is also manufactured according to FDA guidelines in a GMP certified facility.

Another thing that surprised me about HCF was the fact that the bottle is filled to the rim with capsules—it's not stuffed down with cotton, as many other supplements are.

Why do you need to take it on an empty stomach?

Some people wonder why you have to take supplements on an empty stomach—others assume that this is required to help you lose weight. Actually, the truth behind it is that the amino acids in HCF may actually compete with other amino acids in the foods that we eat. This is typical with other supplements as well, which is why you should always take supplements at least 30 minutes prior to a meal with water for optimal absorption.

How will you know that it's working?

Well, as with any dietary change, the supplements take awhile before you get the true results. It should be noted that many individuals may experience sleeplessness, diarrhea, headache, loss of appetite, irritability, bright lights, sadness, and changes in libido as their body transitions and begins to adjust to HCF. This is completely normal, and shouldn't last more than two days. If you experience any of these minor symptoms, lower your dose.

As time progresses, you will begin to notice a natural, subtle change. It's simply that way that you're supposed to feel, as long as you're getting your recommended nutrients. This is exactly what HCF provides. In order to determine whether or not you're getting the proper results, it is advised that you use HCF for at least 90 days to accurately evaluate the results. They simply won't come on overnight.

SO, does it work?

I've been taking HCF for about 3 weeks now. While I do notice a change now, it wasn't noticeable at first. After four days of taking HCF, I didn't notice much in terms of my mood, so I kind of wrote it off as a dud. However, I'm no quitter and I like to facilitate proper reviews, so I kept taking it as directed. By the middle of the second week, I realized that I had been waking up in a good mood. That in itself was a huge difference.

Beyond just my mood, I've noticed an increase in focus. If you follow Freelance Lady, you've probably seen me writing my butt off this month and last. Well, I have HCF to thank for part of my motivation. Increasing my focus has been incredibly important, especially as a very busy mother, blogger, and wife.

How does it make you feel?

The other day, I was talking to a friend about HCF when she asked me, "How does it make you feel?" I didn't think about how difficult that question would be to answer in detail until she asked. To be honest, it just makes me feel, well...good! I don't feel "high" or as if I'm under the influence of anything, I just feel good. I'm okay with the world. I'm okay with the way things work out. I'm okay with life.

Even the snow can't' stop me!

To be honest, I suppose that the people who wake up happy, smiling, and ready to take on the world are probably getting all of the brain nutrients they need. Or they're taking HCF!

Where can I buy HCF?

Excellent question! If you're interested in purchasing HCF for yourself, head on over to their website to learn more!
