As a teenager and a young adult, I had pretty amazing skin. Unfortunately, that all changed when I turned 24. While being in my early twenties wasn't really old, the effect on my skin sure made me feel old. Redness was prominent on my face, specifically around my eyes, nose, and jawline. It was also apparent that my pores were getting larger with time.
I knew that aging skin is a natural part of life, but being that I am only in my twenties, I began looking into ways to slow the process, and possibly revitalize my skin.

It was only recently that I was introduced to Aquallure, a skin care product.
The box that Aquallure comes in seems rather simple—teal font with gray accents—nothing really stood out to me.
That is, until I actually opened the box!
The small container that Aquallure is in is aesthetically pleasing, to say the least. It features a transparent plastic layer that covers the white plastic container inside. The rim is covered with a small, thin mirror, and the product's name is imprinted along the front of the container.
In my opinion, the container is attractive. It's neat, clean, chic, shiny, and, well, just beautiful.
At first glance, it seems like there really isn't much cream at all. Once you use it though, you realize that a little goes a long way when you apply it to your skin. It spreads very, very easily.
I love the scent of Aquallure. As strange as it sounds, it smells like a dessert. It's very sweet! I love this, because most creams I've used in the past have major chemical overtones. Aquallure does not. I feel comfortable wearing it, even if I'm out and about.
The consistency is thick and smooth—it feels like silk when you rub it on your skin.
I've been using Aquallure daily for around three weeks, and I've noticed a significant reduction in redness and a small reduction in pore size. I do feel that with continued use, the pores will continue to shrink. My skin, overall, feels absolutely amazing! It's smooth and even, and it's been awhile since I've had a pimple pop up.
Below, I've included a before and after picture for reference. The first picture was taken after the first use of Aquallure. The second photograph was taken three weeks after daily use.
