Hand-Crafted, Kiln Fired Ceramic Ocarina of Time Featuring The Triforce Logo

In Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, the player controls Link who sets off on a quest to stop Ganondorf. In the game, music plays a major role. According to Wikipedia, "to progress through the game, the player must learn and perform several songs on an ocarina."

Many gamers claim that Ocarina of Time was one of the greatest Legend of Zelda games ever made. In fact, the game topped charts for over a decade. Needless to say, the ocarina became a popular instrument around that time.

Recently, I had the opportunity to try a real ocarina.

* Product and/or service provided for review without cost. As always, all opinions are my own.

This Ocarina of Time is actually based on the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. I wasn't totally familiar with the game, until my son, who is eight, began talking about it. Needless to say, when I saw this Ocarina of Time, I knew it would make a great gift for him.

The ocarina isn't your typical ocarina. It is not a plastic replica, like many others. In fact, it is a hand-crafted, kiln-fired ocarina. As if that weren't enough to make you want it, it actually features The Triforce Logo, the most prominent symbol in the Legend of Zelda series.

It features 12-holes and a pitch from A4-F6.

The piece is very easy to use with the instruction booklet provided. According to the website, it can be mastered in a short period of time (although I have yet to master it).

With the purchase of the ocarina, you'll also receive an instruction booklet delivered electronically and a play book.

Check out my video review of the Ocarina of Time below:

Overall, this little Ocarina of Time is really neat! The fact that it features The Triforce Logo and is ceramic makes it a perfect authentic gift for Legend of Zelda fans, no matter their age.

Purchase your very own Ocarina of Time.
