Freelance Friday: Four Paid to Write Opportunities for Enthusiasts

I am so happy that you've stopped by for the return of Freelance Friday.

Today, I have for you four time-sensitive paid writing opportunities that may be of interest to you. Be sure to apply as soon as possible, as these jobs were recently posted and may fill up fast.

Theme Park Writers Wanted

If you're a theme park enthusiast or expert, and are capable of writing 1,000 to 1,500 word high-quality articles on the topic (one per week), then you're an ideal candidate for this position. Writers must be experts on Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, or just theme parks in general. Theme Park Tourist is looking for long-term contributors. Payment is $40 per article.

Humor Writers Wanted

Country Outfitter Style is looking for country music enthusiasts who are smart, funny, and able to write in a tone that gets a chuckle or two out of the readers. No offensive humor, just fun, lighthearted laughs to keep people coming back. Payment is not mentioned on the job posting.

Cookbook Writers Wanted

Do you have experience writing recipes? Are you capable of producing book-length projects around 35,000 words in relatively short time spans (2-3 weeks)? If that's the case, you could be paid $3,000 to $4,000 per project. If you're successful, you may be asked to complete more than one project per year.

Foodies Wanted

Foodies who loves trying out different restaurants and local cuisine could be paid for their contributions. Pieces are run in a digital culinary magazine and this position could evolve into a long-term assignment. Writing samples will be required.
